Our Founder Matanna Katz has a serious guilty pleasure and an insatiable passion for food. When she curates her "Plateau de Fromage" (Cheese Plate), each one becomes her own little quintessential way to pay homage towards the appreciation of farm-to-table goods, supporting local suppliers/businesses and feeding her 

loved ones.

Matanna can often become meticulous in her curation of her cheese platter’s aesthetic - enchanted with the decadent elements, as well as purging in her post photo-shoot feasts.

But most importantly Matanna loves how symbolic a cheese platter is for the gathering of a community and/or your loved ones. Food holds so many wonderful and cherished memories and any excuse for Matanna to be able to influence others with more of those happy moments surrounding food the better.
